COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGER

Summary:
We are seeking a Community Association Manager to manage a portfolio of condominium and homeowners associations in Gainesville with an established management company. This is not an on-site position nor is it a rental management position. Applicants must reside within a reasonable distance in order to be considered.

PLEASE NOTE A GA REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON OR BROKER LICENSE OR A GA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGER LICENSE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION. Applicants who have placed their license on inactive status may be considered for the position under the following circumstances: you must have the ability to activate your license within two weeks of being hired and you must do so at your own expense.

We are looking for community managers with great communication skills, leadership ability, and knowledge of the community association management field to help us grow and improve. Must have superior communication skills, including the ability to write professional correspondence and speak intelligently to customers and clients. Must be proficient with standard business software applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and must have the ability to learn new software programs with relative ease. Previous experience with TOPS software is a plus.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Providing outstanding customer service to homeowners.
  • Supporting the Associations' Board of Directors and assisting them in the administration of the Association.
  • Formulating annual budgets and ensuring budgetary compliance for each community under management.
  • Directing administrative staff as they handle tasks for your communities, including A/R and A/P.
  • Performing regular inspections of each community and the lots therein.
  • Overseeing violations and delinquencies in each community and providing active support to mediate issues.
  • Understanding and enforcing the governing documents for each community.
  • Attending annual and board meetings for each community (evening and some weekend attendance is required).
Typical hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 5:30. Night and weekend attendance at association meetings are required. Salary is depending on experience.

ASSISTANT COMMUNITY MANAGER

Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager to help provide management services to a portfolio of condominium and homeowners associations located in the Atlanta Metro from our home office. This is not an on-site position nor is it a rental management position. Applicants must reside within a reasonable distance in order to be considered.

We are willing to consider the following applicants for this position:
  • Licensed real estate agents with no prior community management experience who have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in the real estate industry.
  • Non licensed applicants who have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in the association management industry (providing administrative support, etc.), and who are willing and have the ability to obtain a CAM license after being hired. 
  • Newly licensed community association managers who want to learn and grow with an established management company.
Must have superior communication skills, including the ability to write professional correspondence and speak intelligently to customers and clients. Seeking candidates with common sense and the ability to work logically work through issues as they arise.  Must be tech savvy and proficient with standard business software applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and must have the ability to learn new software programs with relative ease. Previous experience with TOPS software is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Providing outstanding customer service to homeowners.
  • Providing support to the Associations' Board of Directors in running their association.
  • In conjunction with a senior property manager, helping to establish budgets and monitor budgetary compliance for communities.
  • Working with administrative staff to learn our system of A/P and A/R.
  • Learning the community documents and understanding and applying the documents to community governance.
  • Learning the community inspection process, violation enforcement process, and collections process for your communities, with the goal of ultimately taking over responsibility of each one.
  • Attending annual and board meetings for your communities (includes evening and some weekend meetings).
Typical hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 5:30. Night and weekend attendance at association meetings are required. Salary is depending on experience.
