The Southern Property Management vendor program allows our vendors to provide special pricing to the communities we manage.
The Southern Property Management Vendor Program allows your company to be listed on the Southern Property Management preferred vendor list. A link to your company's website is available to all vendors that are part of our vendor program. Your company must be licensed and insured and have performed satisfactory work for Southern Property Management's clients in the past. Southern Property Management's Web Site is a valuable tool for our Clients and has a tremendous amount of information. We have thousands of hits on our website monthly. SPM manages over 3,500 homes and condominiums in the State of Georgia and is ranked as one of the top 20 community association management companies by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Southern Property Management also manages a multitude of rental homes, multi-family and apartment complexes, as well as commercial properties located in the extended Metro-Atlanta area. The first step to becoming a preferred vendor is to complete our vendor application e-form HERE.
Southern Property Management Vendor Program Guidelines ensure that vendors are fully aware of all expectations and requirements when they engage with SPM's clients, improving the quality and timeliness of work. A Southern Property Management client can move directly into the process of bidding and engaging with our Preferred Vendors without the need for investigative work, with the advantage of our economies of sale pricing. Southern Property Management will not guarantee or warranty the services provided by any designated Preferred Vendor. However, we can say that we have experienced quality workmanship from the vendor, and that they are licensed and insured.
Insurance & License Requirements
Once you have submitted the vendor application form, the last step is the information form. Please click HERE to download the information form, and return it to us upon completion. Please note that Southern Property Management must be named as an additional insured on all Preferred Vendors liability insurance policies, and that we require an up-to-date certificate of insurance, W-4, and all applicable licenses on file.
